There can be several reasons why your deposit wasn't successful:

  • Incorrect deposit address - Make sure that you've deposited to your P2B address
  • The incorrect network was chosen - If you've chosen the wrong network, but the deposit was done to your P2B address, contact us.
  • Unsupported currency - If P2B doesn't support your currency and you made a deposit of it, contact us and we will return it to you.
