Your KYC verification can be unsuccessful because:

  • Document expired
  • Document type not supported - Make sure that your document is National ID, passport, driver's license, or NINS (For Nigeria)  
  • Pictures are blurry - Make sure that your pictures are clear and that your face with the document is visible. Any blur or glare may cause our system to reject your verification request. 
  • Document from an unsupported country - Make sure that your document is not from an unsupported country
